Wishing you a very Happy Diwali
Diwali is a holiday of illumination (light) that is fervently observed throughout the world, not just in India. The major Hindu holiday occurs either in October or November, and it is known as this. This year's Diwali celebration will take place on October 24, 2022 (Monday), 20 days after Dusshera ( 05th of Oct 2022 )
According to tradition, after spending 14 years in exile and defeating the demon Ravana, Lord Rama, his wife Sita, and brother Laxman returned to Ayodhya. They were warmly welcomed by the Ayodhya residents, who lit clay lanterns ( Diyas ). The event was called Diwali because Ayodhya was completely lit up.
A festival of symbolism is Diwali. The celebration represents pleasure, joy, and wealth. On Amavasya, this festival of lights is observed ( when the moon is invisible ). The darkness is a representation of ignorance and the world's problems. The light is a representation of wealth and enlightenment.
Darkness vanishes when light appears. Knowledge causes ignorance to go. Additionally, when crackers are burned, devils flee for their lives. The cleanliness of a home represents the purification of the heart and intellect. The important message is that Diwali must be clean and pollution-free this year.
